  It over 15 minute to get menus and order drinks and that was only after asking a waitress. My burger was good but they were very skimpy on the fries. My wife's wine came in a dirty glass and had to be sent back. She ordered the mango fish. The fish had obviously been previously frozen. The broccoli was over cooked and the mashed "potatoes" were runny and lumpy, she sent them back. Another person at our table had wait over 1 hour before being asked if she wanted another drink. The place wasn't very busy either.

  I ordered a ceaser which tasted like water, they then ran out of clamato juice so I was told they were going to get more, never got a ceaser, then charged for it. So I ordered a blueberry mojito, they were out of blueberry vodka. Charged us for the kids drinks and tried to tell us they were not included in the meals, but the menu clearly states they are. Told we could have a 1lb of wings​ and ANY pint for $10.99 then charged extra because he ordered a premium beer. My mom ordered a chicken sandwich with prosciutto and it came with bacon, we were that's how it always comes and that it's pretty much the same thing, which it is not! Very unfortunate way to celebrate my mom's birthday! I will mention that the waitress tried to accommodate us the best she could!

  Reservations made in advance for 9 kids and 12 adults for a 94th birthday celebration. Arrived at 5:30. Food served at 6:40. One family had to leave as child was acting up...no wonder. Food was fine. Service terrible. They ran out of dessert. Waitress tried but it was too much for her. Not until some tables had cleared and more help became available did we finally get served. Won't be returning.

  Fast service, good food and clean restaurant. Went on Sunday with 3 kids. From the time we sat down till we paid the bill was only around 50 min. Waitress was very good.

  My husband and I used to go at least once a week either on Tues for wings or Wed for fajitas. At one time the food and service was 5 plus stars but lately it has gone downhill. On our last visit food was mediocre and so was service. I visited the restroom and it was filthy and in one stall had an used pad stuck to the stall....there are no disposals for pads in stalls. We hope they can improve things soon as we rarely go anymore due to the downhill spiral Napanee's restaurant is on.....big loss as we also used to recommend them.
